Boat trips to the coves and caves of Favignana or the stacks of Scopello
The charm of the Egadi Islands with a boat trip to Favignana or the beauty of the sea of the Zingaro reserve from San Vito Lo Capo to the stacks of Scopello are experiences that Hotel Sopra le Mura offers to its guests of the boutique hotel in the heart of Castellammare del Golfo. From April to October you can live an amazing experience of sailing among the most beautiful and unspoiled spots along the Trapani coast. The sailing boat trips are carefully organized by Mario, who will accompany his passengers providing them with all they need to make the most of their time at sea: dinghies, masks and flippers, surfboards, souvenir photos and aperitif on the water to combine pleasure of the sea with a perfect holiday.
And.....it does not end here!. At lunchtime the boat stops in one of the bays of your choice, during which you can enjoy an excellent menu based on fresh fish of the day, cooked personally by Mario, who boasts a past as a chef in Rome. Lunch on the boat is the element that will make your trip perfect and where you can dive into the flavours and colours of the Sicilian sea all in one.
Departure is scheduled in the morning from the harbour of Trapani or from San Vito Lo Capo, reachable from our hotel in about half an hour, bookable for a minimum of two people.
EGADI ISLANDS EXCURSION PROGRAMME
Departure at 9.30 a.m. from the Vento di Mistral harbour, towards the island of Favignana with a swim in the most beautiful and suggestive coves. Surfboards and snorkeling equipment are available to participants. A Fish lunch prepared by chef Mario Iandoli, with a choice of swordfish au gratin with orange, tuna and pistachio, sea bream with green apple or prawns au gratin with cherry tomatoes. A Choice of wine and drinks is included.
Route to the island of Levanzo where you can admire the wonderful stack of the island and a swim in the beautiful Cala Minnula, where a majestic Roman ship lies below. A perfect moment to enjoy an excellent aperitif. The return is scheduled for 6 pm. While sailing, you can savour the true essence of the sailboat.
